Description

This 20L Concentrate Heat Pump Fluid is a glycol-based heat transfer fluid formulated specifically for air source and ground source heat pumps, as well as underfloor heating systems. Supplied as a concentrate, it protects against freezing, corrosion, limescale, and bacterial contamination once diluted to the correct concentration for the installation.

The formulation is an aqueous solution of monopropylene glycol with inhibitors, stabilisers, and biocides, giving frost protection down to approximately -4°C to -14°C depending on dilution strength. It is non-toxic and compatible with the metals and materials commonly found in heat pump and underfloor heating pipework, making it a straightforward addition to most system installations and top-ups.
