The Casavent Round EPP 90° Bend changes the direction of a round EPP duct run by a right angle, manufactured from Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) in two interlocking halves. It keeps the same insulating, lightweight construction as the straight duct sections either side of it, so the run's thermal performance stays consistent through the turn.
Fitting a bend at the connection point lets an installer route a duct run around corners or through a change in direction without cutting or improvising a joint. It's available in three diameters to match the straight duct range — 125mm, 160mm, and 200mm.

System Component
This is a component of the Casavent EPP radial ducting system — connecting duct sections and couplers are sold separately.
Insulating by Nature
EPP has a low thermal conductivity, so this bend maintains the same insulating performance as the straight duct sections either side of it.
Two-Half Construction
Manufactured in two interlocking halves, the bend can be fitted around obstructions during installation, easing routing through tight or occupied voids.
Lightweight Rigid Fitting
EPP construction keeps the bend rigid yet lightweight, easing handling and reducing load on duct supports.
Three Diameters to Match the Duct Run
Available in 125mm, 160mm, and 200mm, matching the diameter of the straight duct on either side of the turn.
Corrosion-Free
As a moulded plastic component, the bend is immune to corrosion, giving long service life in damp loft or void conditions.
Clean 90° Direction Change
A dedicated 90° bend gives a consistent, predictable turn in the duct run, avoiding improvised joints or kinked sections.

Specification Notice
These products are manufactured in two interlocking halves, per the manufacturer's specification. The general material properties in the technical table (thermal conductivity, service temperature, microbial resistance, air-tightness class) reflect the wider EPP round ducting product family and are consistent across all diameters.
What is this bend used for?
It changes the direction of a round EPP duct run by 90 degrees, connecting two straight duct sections around a corner.
Which diameter should I choose?
Match the bend diameter to the straight duct diameter either side of it — 125mm, 160mm, or 200mm.
What is it made from?
Expanded Polypropylene (EPP), matching the straight duct sections in the range.
Does the bend need extra insulation?
No — EPP's low thermal conductivity gives the bend the same insulating performance as the straight duct, without a separate wrap.
What connects to this bend?
Matching-diameter round EPP duct sections and PVC couplers from the same Casavent range.
