Air Valve Plenum Box, 125mm Valve x 3 Spigot 75mm EPP

Description

The Casavent AVA-125-75-3-V-EPP is an EPP air valve plenum box that connects a single 125mm ceiling or wall air valve to three 75mm radial semi-rigid ducts. It is the higher-capacity version of the two-spigot plenum in the range, intended for rooms with the highest airflow demand within a radial 75mm system.

Moulded from Expanded Polypropylene, the box shares the same insulating, corrosion-free construction as the rest of the Casavent EPP plenum range, with an aerodynamically profiled interior to minimise pressure loss as air splits three ways.

System Component This plenum box is a system component — it connects a 125mm air valve to 75mm radial ductwork and does not include the valve, ducting, or manifold. These are sold separately.

Highest-Capacity 75mm Plenum With three 75mm duct spigots feeding a single 125mm valve, this is the highest-airflow plenum box in the 75mm EPP range, suited to large living rooms or open-plan kitchen/diners.	Insulating EPP Construction The Expanded Polypropylene body provides thermal insulation (λ = 0.0038 W/(m·K)) around the connection point, reducing condensation risk at the room termination.
Aerodynamic Internal Profile The profiled internal shape reduces pressure drop as airflow splits three ways, helping keep the overall system pressure and fan energy use down.	Double Duct Fixing Each of the three spigots uses a male connection with an internal gasket and EPP outer casing for a secure, airtight fit to the semi-rigid duct.
Corrosion-Free Being a moulded plastic component, the box is immune to corrosion, giving long service life in loft and ceiling void installations.	Flexible Fixing Options Can be installed with screws and wall plugs, or 17–25mm-wide perforated mounting tape.

What does this plenum box connect?

It connects a single 125mm ceiling or wall air valve to three 75mm radial semi-rigid ducts.

How does this differ from the 2-spigot version?

This 3-spigot version supports higher airflow at a single valve position and is physically longer (315.5mm vs 217.5mm) to accommodate the extra spigot.

What is the box made from and why?

Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) — lightweight, insulating, corrosion-free, with good acoustic properties.

How is it fixed in place?

Using either screws and wall plugs, or 17–25mm-wide perforated mounting tape.
