The 25mm ThermRite Routed Dry Screed Overlay Board with Turns is a premium quality, high strength cement board designed for use over underfloor heating systems. This robust 25mm thick board incorporates both straight runs and radius turns ("lightbulb" shaped) on the panel, eliminating the need for separate turning boards.

It features 3 grooves at 167mm centres designed to securely hold 16mm underfloor heating pipe. The low thermal resistance and high thermal conductivity optimize heat transfer efficiency, allowing the board to be tiled directly without the need for additional screed layers.

Constructed with a straight/flat edge profile, these panels require joint adhesive (sold separately) for installation, providing quick, easy fitting and a durable surface with high impact resistance. The board does not expand or contract like chipboard when exposed to moisture, ensuring dimensional stability and long-lasting performance.
